This time we would like to see Christmas stamps.

Especialmente para ti

Olá!

Hoje colaboro novamente com a Stamprints para mostrar um novo carimbo digital, desta vez  chamado Flower Teacup. 

Para fazer esta chávena, imprimi a imagem do tamanho desejado e depois usei uma caneta de embossing para traçar por cima das linhas. Apliquei pó dourado e aqueci. Este foi o resultado. Depois foi só usar alguns papeis e decorar com flores, folhas e fita washi.

Today I'm showcasing the new digital stamp by Stamprints called Flower Teacup. 

I printed the image first and then traced it with an embossing pen. Then I used gold embossing powder and heat it. That was the final result, which I fussy cut and coloured. For the decoration I used patterned paper, some vellum flowers I made myself, a doily and some glitter blue washi tape.

Every Flower

Olá! Sejam bem vindos!

Hoje mostro mais um postal feito com os carimbos digitais da Stamprints. Não deixem de visitar a loja online com este e outros carimbos.

Comecei por imprimir o sentimento e depois cortei o retângulo. Nele apliquei tintas de distress em tons rosa e azul. As flores, depois de impressas, foram pintadas com lápis, recortadas e coladas no postal. Terminei com algumas meias pérolas.

Today my card is another colab for the lovely Lilian at Stamprints. 

I started out by printing the sentiment onto a piece of cardstock and then die cut the square. For the pink and blue shades I used distress inks. I applied them very lightly because I was afraid the printing ink would blur. I also printed the flowers and then coloured them using pencils, fussy cut and glued them onto the card. The half pearls gave it the final touch.

Bom sábado para todos!

Este é mais um postal com flores, inspirado na primavera e cheio de cor. Usei os carimbo da Simon Says Stamp e pintei as flores com lápis de aguarela. Depois de recortadas, colei-as para fazer o arranjo.

Here's another flower card inspired by Spring and full of colour! This time I'm using Simon Says Stamp Spring Flowers. I coloured these with watercolour pencils and then fussy cut and glued them to make the scene.

Postal de aniversário

Hoje o meu postal é minimalista. 

Foi inspirado em CAS Colours and Sketches (para o esquema) e Less Is More (usei apenas três carimbos, pois esse é o tema desta semana). Para as cores, inspirei-me em The Card Concept. Este é um estilo de postal que eu poderia considerar Clean and Simple. As flores, que lembram a primavera, estão em Creative Corner Challenges.

Today it's a CAS card inspired by some challenges: CAS Colours and Sketches (this week it's a sketch); Less Is More (I've used three stamps, which is this week's theme); The Card Concept for the colours; and Creative Corner Challenges because it's all about Spring flowers.

Hoje quero juntar-me à celebração do 2º aniversário de The Card Concept. Parabéns e espero que contem muitos mais! Este é, por isso, um postal de aniversário inspirado na foto que verão no final deste post. Para o layout, usei o esquema de Mojo Monday. E, como são flores e/ou fantasia (optei pelas primeiras) o tema desta semana de Cards In Envy, também participo.

Today I've decided to join The Card Concept for the celebration of their second anniversary. Congratulations to the members of the design team and to the creator(s) of this card challenge. For my layered card, I was inspired by the colours and the cakes in the inspiration photo. The sketch is from this week's Mojo Monday and, because it's all about flowers and/or fantasy (I chose the first), I'm also going to enter my card in Cards In Envy.

Olá! Bom Sábado!

Gostaria de começar por dizer que me sinto muito feliz por ter sido convidada para membro da equipa de design no novo projeto do blogue Creative With Stamps. 

Vai começar a 1 de Abril, é um desafio para quem gosta de fazer postais e usa habitualmente carimbos. Este desafio vai decorrer todos os meses e haverá prémios para os melhores trabalhos. Darei mais pormenores nos próximos posts deste blogue.

Hoje trago um postal de aniversário feito sobre a base do postal (técnica One Layer). 

Comecei por fazer uma base de tamanho A6 (standard). Depois usei lápis de cera de aguarela em dois tons de verde e usei água e um pincel para misturar as cores. Tentei que o resultado final tivesse um efeito gradativo. 

Em seguida estampei o sentimento e a flor. Para esta, usei lápis para dar alguma cor, mas sem a tornar o foco principal. Neste caso o sentimento é o mais importante, uma vez que esta semana, em Less Is More, esse deve ser o elemento principal. Usei carimbos da Docerela.
Para além deste desafio, inspirei-me em outros que poderão ver no final deste post.

Let me start by saying that I feel very honoured to have been invited for a new challenge blog project (Creative With Stamps) starting next month. 

It's a monthyly card challenge where the participants have to use stamps for their creations. There will be prizes, of course and I promise to give you more details throughout March. So, stay tuned!

Today I'm showing you a clean and simple one layer birthday card. 

On my watercolour card base I used some watercolour crayons in two shades of green and then applied some water. I tried to give it an ombré look. Then I stamped the flower and the sentiment. For the first I also added some colour but this time using pencils. I didn't want to give the flowers very strong colours so that the sentiment would stand up. I was mainly inspired by this week's challenge at Less Is More, which is one layer with the sentiment as the focal point. I was also inspired by some other chalenges. You can see which, at the end of this post.

Today I want to show you a shaker card. This time the shaker material chosen were sequins and tiny beads I had lingering around from the time my kids were all about bracelets and stuff. So I have a lot of this material and everytime I can, I use it.

I was inspired by some challenge blogs to make this card, which you can see at the end of this post.

És o Meu Valentim

Olá a todos!

Hoje mostro mais um postal de S. Valentim, desta vez feito com um carimbo da Simon Says Stamp - Roses For You. 

Usei um papel estampado e depois cortei outro do mesmo tamanho, mas usando papel vegetal. Sobre este colei a imagem, que colori e recortei. Para o sentimento, usei pó de embossing com o carimbo da Docerela "Donut Forget". Usei apenas algumas meias pérolas para os toques finais. Achei que davam ao postal um ar elegante :)

Today I'm showing you another Valentine's card, this time using Simon Says Stamp "Roses For You". 

I cut a piece of patterned paper and to tone it down I cut another piece of vellum. I glued the roses heart and then used embossing powder for my sentiment. It's the "Donut Forget" from Docerela. For the embelishments, I only used some half pearls. 

I thought they'd look elegant :)

Aniversário_Floral

Olá!

Desta vez um postal de aniversário com muitas flores. 

Foram feitas com pó de embossing branco em papel vegetal e depois pintadas com marcadores do lado inverso. No final foram recortadas e colocadas no arranjo, O cortante do bolo é só mais um pequeno detalhe inspirado numa foto de um dos blogues no qual me inspirei para este postal. 

O papel é da coleção "Sugar and Spice".

This time I've decided to give my card an elegant / classy look with lots of vellum flowers. I embossed them with fine detail white embossing powder and then coloured them with markers. I fussy cut each of the flower arrangements and also the individual flowers and glued them on a die cut cake piece. 

The paper is from the collection "Sugar and Spice".
