In The Sea

Olá!

Hoje colaboro mais uma vez com a Stamprints para vos mostrar estes postais realizados com o carimbo digital "In The Sea". O primeiro tem um estilo mais masculino e, por causa disso,  foi escolhido o navio. Quanto ao segundo, decidi usar a sereia e dar-lhe um ar mais gasto, quase shabby.

Toda I'm once again showing cards made for Stamprints, this time the digital stamp "In The Sea". For the fist card I picked the ship image and gave the whole layout a more masculine look. The second card, with the mermaid, is more feminine and I decided to get out of my comfort zone and give it a somehow shabby look.

Olá! Hoje mostro um postal de aniversário para pequenos e grandes. Escolhi cores que se associassem mais ao gosto masculino com tons laranja, castanho e azul. Escolhi este carimbo da Whipper Snapper Designs chamado Pop Up Mouse. Gosto da imagem do rato a sair da caixa com todos aqueles confetis a voar.

Today I've decided to make a birthday card for a boy or a man and for that I've chosen the stamp and the colours which, in my mind, are more manly, like orange, brown, blue...

The cute mouse is called Pop Up Mouse and it's from Whipper Snapper Designs. I like the idea of the mouse popping out of a gift box with all that confetti flying all over. I thought it fitted nicely for this weeek's challenge at Less Is More.

Bom sábado!

Hoje mostro um postal para bebé. Feito com cores pastel e com o uso de vários cortantes. É um postal simples onde usei lantejoulas e o 1 em strass para dar algum brilho. O sentimento é da Docerela.

Today I'm showing a baby card make with pastel colours and some dies. This CAS card was just embelished with the 1 made with tiny rhinestones and some sequins.

Aniversário Especial

Olá e bem-vindos!

Hoje mostro um postal de aniversário feito com um carimbo, pó de embossing branco e aguarelas.

Comecei por estampar o carimbo da Mama Elephant "Organic Blooms" com pó de embossing muito fino branco em papel para aguarela. Depois de aquecer fiquei com os contornos da imagem delineados no papel. Com as aguarelas colori  a imagem, deixando ficar a cor mais espessa ou mais fluída conforme aquilo que eu imaginei serem as sombras das flores.  

No final usei vários papéis para compor o postal e terminei com algumas pérolas.

 Hello and welcome!

Today I'm showing a birthday card made with a stamp, some embossing powder and watercolours.

First I stamped the "Organic Blooms" stamp from Mama Elephant onto a piece of watercolor paper, using Versamark, and embossed it with white fine detail embossing powder. Then I used the watercolours with more or less water to create the shades for my flowers.

In the end I used some papers to create the card and finished with some half pearls.

Hoje o projeto tem em mente grandes pescarias! Estão aí as férias e tudo leva ao mar ... bom, pelo menos para mim que adoro o mar. O personagem principal deste cartão foi feito com furadores de coração e cortantes redondos. Espero que gostem!

Today's project is all about fishing. The holidays are here, at least for me, and as I love the sea, I've decided to build a fish to celebrate it. The main character, the fish, was made using round dies and punches. Hope you like it!

Reciclar / Recycling

Olá! Espero que o vosso fim de semana seja ótimo!
Hoje mostro-lhes um cartão feito com uma flor reciclada. É feita de tecido e foi recortada de uma velha blusa que eu já não usava. Como havia partes da blusa que já estavam um pouco gastas, decidi que não ia dá-la. Recortei-a pelas costuras e aproveitei os botões. De um pedaço cortei três círculos que depois passei ao de leve pelo fogo de uma vela (cuidado para não queimar o tecido e os dedos) para lhe dar aquele efeito encolhido. Uni as três partes com um atache.

Today the focal point of my card involves recycling. Yes, the flower was recycled from an old blouse I no longer wear. As I was not going to give it to anyboby because it was all worn out, I cut it in pieces, kept the bottons and took a little bit to make my flower. I did it with three circles of cloth which I lightly "burnt" with a candle (be careful not to burn yourself or ruin the cloth). Then I attached them with a brad and here you are! Making something new from something old!
