Aniversário

Olá!

Outro postal para um aniversário que se aproxima... desta vez com uma técnica chamada "Faux Bleach" ("Lexívia"). Não, não usei mesmo esse líquido. Por isso é que é falso... fiz apenas com tinta de distress que reage à água - as do Tim Holtz são boas para isso. Esponjei a base do postal com a tinta, carimbei as folhas com a mesma tinta - "Seedless Preserves"- e borrifei com água. Depois tirei o excesso com um pedaço de papel de cozinha. Como a tinta reage com água, quando esta é limpa, ficam os pingos marcados. Parece complicado, mas é muito simples! A borboleta foi cortada em papel vegetal e foram colados alguns brilhantes para o acabamento.

This is another birthday card... this time using the Faux Bleach tecnique. That's the theme this week at Less Is More. I used "Seedless Preserves" to sponge the watercolour paper and then stamped the leaves with the same ink. To create the bleach effect I simply spritz some water and cleaned the excess with a towel. The butterfly is a die cut, made with vellum paper and, for the finishing touches, I just used some purple rhinestones.

CWS - Mid Month Inspiration

Estamos a meio do mês do desafio de Maio em Creative With Stamps. Aqui fica mais uma ideia para se inspirarem.

It's mid-minth inspiration at Creative With Stamps. Still a lot of time enter your creations. Here's another card for your inspiration.

Criei este postal com um carimbo digital (Anne's Garden da Stamprints). Comecei por imprimir a imagem e o sentimento em cor cinza em papel para aguarela. Depois contornei-a com uma caneta para embossing. Em seguida apliquei pó para embossing branco e aqueci. Depois foi só usar aquarelas para lhe dar cor. Para o sentmento fiz o mesmo, mas usei pó de embossing cinzento. Finalizei com algumas meias pérolas.

I've created this card with a digital stamp from Stamprints called Anne's Garden. I printed the flower and the sentiment in grey on some watercolour paper. Then I traced everything with an embossing pen. On the flower I used white embossing powder and on the sentiment I used grey. After melting the powder, I coloured the image using some watercolours. For the finishing touches I just added some half pearls.

Hoje mostro um postal de aniversário feito com a técnica de "one layer". Todo o postal está feito na base, sem qualquer outro papel. Foi apenas feito com carimbos e decorado, de forma quase minimalista, com lantejoulas.

Today it's a one layer birthday card just because that's what's this week's all about at Less Is More.

I pre-cut the geometric shapes onto a piece of printing paper and then used it as a mask to insert the colour. Then I stamped the flower and the sentiment and finished with a few sequins.

Gostaria de começar por lembrar que existe uma chamada da designers no blogue da Stamprints.

Hoje mostro um postal dedicado ao Dia da Mãe. 

Comecei por carimbar as flores com tinta transparente para embossing e usei pó de embossing prateado. Depois de derretida a imagem, pintei-a com aguarelas. Cortei o círculo com as flores e depois cortei outro círculo com papel de glitter. Para o sentimento usei um peel-off.

Today I'm showing you a Mother's Day card.

 I started by stamping the flowers with Versamark and then used silver embossing powder. After melting the powder, I painted with with some watercolour markers. Then I cut the circle and another scalloped one using glitter paper. For the sentiment I used a peel-off.

Este foi o postal que fiz com o carimbo digital "Snowman Wishes". Depois de o imprimir, usei lápis de aguarela para lhe dar cor e recortei-o. O sentimento, depois de impresso, foi cortado com Modern Landscape, um cortante da Memory Box. O papel de fundo com os corações acompanha o sentimento para combinar com o conjunto.

Hello everyone!

Today I'm very pleased and honoured to anounce that Lilian from The Leaf Studio kindly invited me to make some samples for the digital stamps at her etsy shop. Definitely a place to check out! And don't forget to visit http://stamprints.wordpress.com  for more information and to leave her some lovely comments.

To make this card, I used the digital stamp and sentiment from "Snowman Wishes". 

The snowman was coloured with watercolour pencils and then fussy cut. For the sentiment, after printing it, I used the Modern Landscape from Memory Box just to create a background. This snowman scene was finally glued onto a piece of heart patterned paper so that it would blend in well with the sentiment.

hello, hello, hello

Olá!
Hoje decidi jogar em três desafios e fiz este postal para bebé. O primeiro é Casology, que esta semana nos pede para "repetir". Bom, aqui repete-se o sentimento., que foi estampado três vezes com um efeito "ombré". O esquema foi inspirado em Sunday Stamps. Ainda não tinha brincado com este layout. E, como o meu postal tem a técnica de embossing seco e com pó (nos coelhinhos), também vou participar em Clean and Simple on Sunday.

Today I decided to play on three challenges with this baby card. The first is Casology. This time the cue word is Repeat. In my card I decided to give the sentiment a little ombré effect. The sketch for this card is from Sunday Stamps. I hadn't had a chance to play with this one so far. And, because there's embossing (dry on the back layer and heat embossing on the bunnies), I'm also taking part in Clean and Simple on Sunday.

Olá!
Jardim alegre é o nome do postal de hoje porque este é o nome deste carimbo da Lawn Fawn.
Comecei por cortar e usar embossing num pedaço de cartão branco. Depois cortei uma etiqueta em papel azul de bolinhas. Aí colei os vários elementos que constituem este jardim alegre depois de os ter pintado e recortado. A relva foi feita com um cortante.

Gleeful gardens is the name for my card today because that's the name of this stamp by Lawn Fawn. I love it! I've started by cutting and embossing a piece of white cardstock. Then I cut the tag on a scrap of polka dots paper and glued all the elements for my scene after colouring and cutting them. For the grass I used  a die cut.

Olá!
Hoje o postal tem um padrão espinhado, feito em branco e lilás claro e escuro. A borboleta foi feita com um cortante sobre um papel que eu tinha colorido com aguarelas. Para lhe dar um pouco de brilho, usei glitter.

Today's card has a chevron pattern made with white and two shades of purple. The butterfly was made with a die cut on a previously watercoloured paper where I had mixed several shades of purple. To give it a little shine I've used stickles. For the finishing touch, the trendy sequins were the natural choice. It seems lately I've been using them for everything! lol

Nunca Deixes de Sonhar

Olá!
Hoje o meu cartão serve para encorajar todos aqueles que se esquecem de sonhar. Eu passo a minha vida a sonhar acordada e acho que me conforta. Deviam fazer o mesmo!
Para fazer este cartão, usei um carimbo Mama Elephant chamado Up And Away. Foi pintado com lápis aquareláveis da Viarco e depois recortado e colado no cartão com fita espuma de dupla face.

Today my project encourages everyone to dream. Never Stop Dreaming is the message written on the tag. I spend a good portion of my time dreaming and found out that it actually comforts me. I think you should try this therapy! Who knows, maybe it will help cure whatever illnesses your soul may have! To make this card, I've used a stamp by Mama Elephant called Up and Away. I've used Viarco watercolour pencils to paint them and then they were cut and glued to the card base with dimensional adhesive. Enjoy!
